Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 2026

1. About us

Plan C Property provides property maintenance, repair, and renovation services across South London and Kent. By using our services or website, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

2. Services

We offer a range of property services including plumbing, electrical work, bathroom fitting, kitchen fitting, roofing, painting and decorating, landscaping, general maintenance, and emergency repairs. All services are subject to availability and a site assessment where required.

3. Quotes and pricing

Quotes provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. We will always communicate any changes to the agreed price before proceeding with additional work. Our quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

  • All prices include VAT where applicable
  • Additional work discovered during a project will be quoted separately and requires your approval before we proceed
  • Emergency call-out rates may differ from standard pricing

4. Payment terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger projects, we may require a deposit or staged payments, which will be outlined in your quote. We accept bank transfer, card payments, and cash.

5. Warranties and guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer the following guarantees on our labour and workmanship:

  • A 12-month workmanship guarantee applies to all standard maintenance and repair work
  • Bathroom and kitchen fitting projects carry a 2-year labour warranty
  • Roofing work carries guarantees as specified in your individual quote, with flat roof installations guaranteed for up to 20 years depending on the system used
  • Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are separate from our labour guarantee and are subject to the manufacturer's own terms

Guarantees do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, third-party interference, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us within the guarantee period with details of the issue.

6. Booking and cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a call-out charge. We will always do our best to accommodate schedule changes where possible.

7. Access and site conditions

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area. Please let us know in advance about any access restrictions, parking limitations, or site-specific requirements. We reserve the right to postpone work if conditions are unsafe.

8. Liability

We hold public liability insurance and will take all reasonable care when carrying out work on your property. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, issues caused by third parties, or consequential losses beyond the scope of our services.

9. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible. We take all complaints seriously and will work to resolve any issues promptly. You can reach us by email at office@plancproperty.co.uk or by phone on 020 3576 2747.
